My 11th guitar, quite heavily modded 1990 Gibson Les Paul Studio.... Mods:
- Refinished to purple
- Tuners changed to Grovers taken off a Gibson Custom LP
- Original TOM changed to Kahler Bridge & changed back to a TOM taken off the same Gibson Custom LP
- Early 90s EMG 81[B] &85[N] (i'm told they're less sterile sounding compared the to new ones, but i cant be sure as i've never AB-ed them..)
- Switchcraft jack installed
- Schaller strap buttons
- Gold speed knobs
- Custom "EyE-of-Ra" Pickguard & Translucent backplates made by Vincent Mah
- Gold PU selector knob & black plate
its not the prettiest, but out of all my guitars it plays & sounds the best...

did u have to route anything on the les paul for the kahler bridge?
yes, need to remove some wood...but not as much, compared to installing a Floyd..
