REAPER is a fully featured multitrack audio and MIDI recording, editing, processing, mixing, and mastering environment.It is the best "free" (you can pay to get rid of the nag screen, but it really isn't a big deal) recording software i've come across, and it is also the only software to have regular upgrades available for download...
