15th Guitar - Yamaha APX-700II
So I sold my Takamine, it was a good guitar but I needed something with a slim body.
I tried several APX-700II & APX-500II at the store…off the rack the APX700II has every high action near the soundhole….the APX-500IIs seem to have lower action & more playable (to me at least).
I choose the APX-700II in the end, the solid top on the APX-700II produced a fuller sound.
The guitar is currently at TYMUSIC being setup & hopefully to achieve a much lower action.
Unfortunately, the Yamaha store does not help you lower the action.

Effect Pedals #35/36 - Tone Factor Analogue Filter & Crybaby 535Q
Number 35: Tone Factor Analogue Filter
Great for those Buckethead type slow melodic lead lines
Number 36: Jim Dunlop Crybaby 535Q
My love/hate relationship with this wah continues….I think this is the 4th time I’ve bought a 535 wah………….

[#7] Jamming @ Music Ensemble
Music Ensemble is a jamming studio located in POMO (near Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
There are 3 rooms of the same size (one of them have a see-through glass panel)
The rooms are not very big, I estimate about 150sqft++?
Equipment standard is average, but it’s good that they provide the footswitches for the guitar amps.
This is a decent studio to jam at if you need to be in town, the studio owners are very friendly nice people!
